You’ve got a dream
Here’s that little help you need to make your dreams come true.
We are currently registering Tomorrow’s Super Star to be a registered charity operating in Canada. As soon as we receive charitable status, and raise funds, we will invite applications from Canadian high school youth who face poverty, abuse, or some insurmountable difficulty. We are especially interested in First Nations, Metis and visible minority youth from communities where youth are more likely to go to jail than college.
Archana’s Story:
Archana grew up in Saskatchewan as a new immigrant. Those were challenging times! Her parents tried every trick in the book to encourage her to study – but she did not believe in herself or the value of education. The turning point came when Archana was 9 years old: her mom was misdiagnosed as having cancer.
In those dark, lonely moments, Archana imagined the road in front of her split in two directions. One direction led to low-character friends who would gladly include her, if she started their bad habits; it was a sharp rise, and then a long deep drop. The other direction led to loneliness and hard work for a while, then good friends would come slowly; this road rose slowly, steadily. Archana chose the second road. She stayed away from false friends with bad habits.
Instead, she opened the books and pretended to enjoy spelling, math, sciences. It was just like forcing a smile on your face – after a while you really feel happy. She created study games and challenged herself to learn faster. She aimed for very good grades in every subject. She hoped and believed that she would make good friends as well.
Archana imagined that she could become a top student… then, she did it! By studying, Archana gained self-confidence and all the friends she wanted. Even the bullies tried to copy her exam papers! Archana found great joy in helping other students learn to study in the same way she taught herself. The teachers who were openly racist could not deny Archana’s correct answers.
Using the same success principles, Archana learned how to make friends, be assertive, heal her body, and solve other problems. Now, Archana is developing her spiritual life.
The key to this training is empowerment. You learn to follow your intuition, while developing will power, concentration and inner calm. Next, the miracle happens: as you learn to believe in yourself, you actually see the best in others! Then, you build your team, and do something wonderful for the world.
Selflessness is the law, and you can only keep what you give away. Calmness, focus and will power are needed to be a good student. These foundational skills can be applied to every good endeavour in life.
Who should Apply: Are you a Canadian youth facing insurmountable difficulties? Do you want to improve yourself? Do you want to share the best of yourself to help others? If you answered “yes” to these three questions – then we want to help you.
Why Apply: Because when you share your strengths, you will make the world a better place.
What to Expect: To begin, you fill out the application form (on this site) and convince us that you will do something amazing for the world. We’ll organize with your parents and teachers.
